During our cooking demonstration named Everything from the water is delicious, we teach you that cooking with fish is actually quite simple. Herman den Blijker has always said it:
“Everything has been taken care of, everything has already been prepared for you. That’s how nature works. You only have to prepare it in just the right way.”
Herman den Blijker has been telling his chefs this cooking axiom for years now and you can’t argue with a big, shiny head like that. Cooking with the seasons. The rest is fake, just theatrical. The trick is to understand what the best products are. By squeezing, stroking, smelling, looking, tasting, using your senses. And then put a little heat to it, add a bit of sweet and some salt. Done. Once you’ve gotten this into your head, everything will succeed. This cooking axiom by Herman den Blijker will be shown to you by the chef during the cooking demonstration Everything from the water is delicious. And, of course, you will be able to taste everything.

Group 1, start cooking demonstration named Everything from the water is delicious. This will take place in our Private Dining, which will be converted into a cooking studio especially for you. Everything will take place in a sociable and informal atmosphere where everyone has the opportunity to chat and have fun.
Group 2, start cocktail class. Together with our highly experienced bartender, you will make several cocktails. This will take place at the bar of our restaurant and here, too, is a sociable and informal atmosphere where everyone has the opportunity to chat and have fun.
